Jena took it upon herself to help one of our long-term patients resolve a very pressing issue. The patient has been here for 2 months and her bank account was somehow locked which made her bills unable to get paid. Late fees piling up and money is tight. This was even affecting the patient's health and stress level. The bank wouldn't reactivate her account unless the patient could show up in person. Jean figured out the executive's names from this bank and on her day off figured out the email addresses and sent emails out. The issue got resolved the same day and the patient now is able to keep her family afloat during this stressful time.
