Jean is a natural born health care healer and caretaker of patient and family. Her beautiful soothing personality comes through and her infectious smile. This beautiful woman is like an angel; no matter what is going on with my mother will go way above standard, normal care in helping my mom with questions she may have; interpreting MD orders, addressing any issues, dealing with a bedpan, hooking up with urine tube to a suction machine. Always, always calm and smiling. Working with IVs. Always there; never have to wait for anything; always checking in on my mom. I was a nurse myself and have never in 35 years worked with anyone that came close in mannerism to this woman.
