Jean showed anexceptional standard of care, compassion, and empathy for me when I was really ill in the ICU. I was fresh out of surgery after having necrotizing fasciitis post a C-section and my life was on the line. I had lost trust in hospital care from where I had my C-section. Jean not only showed me her nursing expertise but gave me a 115% of herself. I had her a few nights in a row because I requested her. Jean comforted me, explained things to me and gave me so much support, encouragement and light in a very dark situation. She always acknowledged my newborn at home who I was fighting to get home to and stay alive for. Jean was so pleasant and distracted me with stories and wanted to know about me and my life. I know I got through that rough week in the ICU because of her. She is an incredible nurse who prays with you, laughs with you, and is a major advocate in patient care. You are blessed to have her on your team because she loves her job and it shows. Jean helped save my life. Thank you for giving me the strength to fight and motivation to get home to my family. I am a loving mom of a baby girl because of you!
