I was extremely nervous for my first procedure with general anesthesia. Jean assured me everything was going to fine. After surgery, upon arriving in recovery, Jean greeted me and performed her job to a "T" making sure my medical needs were taken care of. Most importantly, Jean listened and responded with genuine concern to my questions regarding recovery and other family members' health. Her amazing sense of humor got me through a rough day and because of Jean, I've learned to appreciate what nurses do for their patients and families. Her natural ability made me feel so comfortable that I felt like I was talking to a close friend. I left recovery feeling genuinely cared for!
