My mom came in with a bad DVT. Because she has Alzheimer's, Mom really does better if I am in the room with her. The COVID rules said no, but when Mom got scared and kept trying to go "home" Jean and the overnight nurse recognized that having her son in the room would help relax her and speed her recovery. It seemed to be working.
Thanks to the ladies for realizing that there are bigger/better ways to get to the best result, a healthy happy mom.
