My husband has been in hospital for a long time. Not this hospital but another. Jean was introduced to us right away. My husband suffers from a devastating disease that has left about 35% of his body with necrotic, raw, bloody, and extremely painful wounds. His wound care, up until encountering Jean, has been poor, to say the least.
Jean came along and made wound care bearable. He immediately cared about doing the very best for my husband. Not just the dressing but his gentle and caring nature. I always sing his praises and when I mention Jean to them, they agree with my assessment of him as wonderful. This hospital is so lucky to have Jean on staff. He is a poster of the kind of person we all strive to be! It is clear how much we appreciate him!
