As a retired RN and having worked many years as a floor nurse, I know an exceptional nurse when I see one. Jean Presto knows all aspects of her job and does all in a timely manner. Everything is done with kindness, a smile, and respectfully. She helps the other nurses as well. She was aware when my gown was soiled, getting me another. My linens were kept clean, She was the best at keeping my ice bags filled, thus keeping the swelling down and increasing mobility. She kept my bedside tray cleared up which mattered to me! Although she is a hard worker, she appears to have all the time in the world for you. I was so blessed to have her as my nurse. All the nurses did a good job, Jean stood above them all.
