Jean is a caring and compassionate nurse. She greeted me with a smile and helped lighten my mood by making me laugh when she escorted me to surgery, helping relieve my nerves and fears. Her enthusiasm for her job and her attitude contributed to a pleasant experience for me. I cannot thank her enough for the kindness that she showed me.
