I just wanted to reach out and tell you thank you for all your help while my mom was in the hospital. You have such a kind heart, and I can tell you are amazing at your job. Any patient/family in your care is blessed and just know we appreciate you as well as the time I had with the doctor. Please let him know how grateful I am that he spent the time that he did talking with me and helping me work through all that was going through my mind while making those important choices for my mom.
