I was admitted with a chest pain issue, so my doctor advised me to have a series of tests. I noticed all the staff are well mannered and professional with their work. They are passionate and always give their best in everything they do. Among all of them, one nurse went the extra mile and provided outstanding service by giving emphasis on what I really needed based on my condition. I was nervous to the highest level, and because the nurse was so professional in caring for all her patients, she was able to provide me with all I needed to ease my discomforts and truly understand the plan for my care, especially before I was transferred for the angiography procedure. I asked her what her reasons for becoming a nurse were. It was her dedication that despite her mother being back in her country, who is bedridden, she has been here for 20 years to help augment their needs. I was sorry for asking that, but that truly helped me believe I am in such good hands and a good hospital for having nurses who are so passionate about their jobs. The nurse was so kind; she handed me a piece of bread, called Hopia in the Philippines, hours after the procedure because I was hungry, and while waiting for my food to be served. She helped me ease my hunger. And that was so kind of her. The thought of being so generous through a small piece of bread is totally amazing. Thank you to Care Hospital for having such staff as her with the other staff as well. More power to you all.
