Jeanella Williams is a caring, compassionate, and competent nurse. She has functioned in several nursing roles that include staff nurse, charge nurse, and nurse educator. However, it is in Jeanella's new role as an oncology nurse where she displayed caring, compassion, and extraordinary behavior.
One day, Jeanella was talking to her patients while caring for them. Two patients mentioned how they would appreciate a home-cooked meal. Jeanella offered to cook for the patients. On Jeanella's day off, she cooked ameal that included smothered meat and gravy and green beans with trimmings. She not only brought food for the two patients but also brought enough food for any patient who wanted a meal.
Jeanella is a skilled clinician who is caring, compassionate, and goes the extraordinary mile to provide holistic care for her patients. She is the epitome of an Extraordinary Nurse!
