I am writing to express our heartful gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided to our son during his recent hospitalization at St. Rose.  Despite the challenging circumstances surrounding his diagnosis of testicular cancer at age 34; the care team demonstrated unwavering compassion and professionalism throughout his stay.  

While every medical team member played a crucial role in his care, we would like to highlight the exemplary dedication and compassion exhibited by Jeanette. Jeanette's presence brought comfort and understanding during the most challenging moments of his hospitalization.  Her ability to remain calm while promptly addressing any issues was remarkable.  Jeanette's compassionate demeanor and proactive approach to coordinating with other medical professionals considerably eased our anxieties during a challenging time.

While the loss of our beloved son remains profoundly challenging to accept, the compassionate care provided by Jeanette served as a beacon of light during an otherwise dark period.  Her dedication to providing exceptional medical support and comfort did not go unnoticed and will forever be remembered by our family.

We believe that Jeanette genuinely deserves recognition for her outstanding contributions to my son's care.
