Jeanette provides consistent and excellent care. She's compassionate and understands me and my concerns. I have a family member stay the nights here with me and we were saying how the bed was so uncomfortable that I slept in the recliner and family slept in a chair. So she said she would check on a cot for family members. 10 minutes later the cot was in the room. She is always cheerful, smiling, does not seem to tire, and gives 110%. The world would be a better place if more nurses took after her. She is always respectful of body and actions.
