Jeanette, or as we called her “Wonder Woman”, went way beyond her duty to take care of my daughter in the ICU after having brain surgery. She cheered my daughter up with jokes when she was in pain and was right there by her side when she called. She saw my daughter was having some issues with her IV and immediately gave her some aromatherapy for her nose which calmed her right down. She made and gave her a cancer cap to make her feel good to cover her scar. That made my daughter smile! I felt like she was always looking out for our needs, not her own. She was very compassionate and patient to hear our words or my daughter’s feelings and issues. I wish she could work 24 hours for my daughter, but I know even Wonder Woman couldn’t do that! Jeanette is simply the BEST!
