I have not had surgery in a long time and was very nervous. All the staff was exceptional. I remembered Jeanette very well.
Jeanette had me and my family laughing so hard. It certainly made the experience positive. Her skills were in the ER regarding the computer system, but this day she was working in the OR. Despite her frustrations with the different systems used, we were able to prevail!
I was never able to tell her that the IV never even left a bruise! She was afraid it would, but it certainly did not. Her professionalism and sense of humor exceeded my expectations, and made the overall experience great! I believe Jeanette Marks is truly a good person and a true asset to medical facilities everywhere!
