Jeanette, as the Team Leader, was a big help with my transition back on the floor. She not only helped make me more comfortable with my job but also made sure I was comfortable with what I was doing. Jeanette is an outstanding leader.

Though I've only known her for a short time, she has always demonstrated immense dedication to her team. She is prompt in answering inquiries, is very helpful with new hires, and even makes herself available to answer questions when she is not working. From the first day Jeanette started as Team Leader she has put her whole heart into this unit. No matter what she has been going through, she puts it all aside and focuses on every single one of her employees.

She is very diligent, and hardworking, always gets the job done, and makes time for us when we need to speak to her. Jeanette has the biggest heart and is always putting everyone before herself. She has been my personal cheerleader and is always pumping me up even when I'm feeling defeated. I love the type of leadership she has brought. Jeanette is truly the best, and the glue that holds us together.  She is very passionate about this unit and brings us together like a family.
