I would like to formally recognize Jeanette Muller, a Care Coordinator at UnityPoint Health, for the exceptional support and guidance she provided to our family during our mother’s hospitalization at Finley Hospital. As we navigated the complex and often overwhelming process of discharging our 84-year-old mother to a skilled nursing facility, Jeanette was an invaluable resource. She took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, ensuring we understood our options and felt confident in the decisions we were making. Her professionalism and knowledge were evident in every interaction.
