From the very first time meeting Jeanette, she did everything within her abilities to make me conformable in every way! What initially brought me to the hospital was a fall that resulted in a bleed occurring in my left hip/groin. As both a patient on an anticoagulant therapy and a kidney transplant recipient, falling really messed me up! Though I have been appointed many kind and compassionate nurses to oversee my care and recovery since being admitted to Methodist, Miss Jeanette is by far the best! In my opinion, she embodies all the wonderful characteristics of a dedicated RN, and paired with her already kind personality, she absolutely made my experience here much better.

One night, I had a very rough time trying to get comfortable enough to rest as my pain became super intolerable to bear. Jeanette cleverly spaced out my pain medication to where I actually got adequate rest and sleep for the first time being in Methodist. She was there for me any time I needed her, and she provided comfort when I needed it on top of managing the care of others.
