I've had many moms come back asking for her, telling us that Jeanette was a "game-changer" or "made a world of a difference."
Though we are not her primary clinic, she is always willing to jump in to help the pediatric team. From lab draws to interpreter services, she never hesitates to say yes. She makes herself available to our new moms who are having difficulty breastfeeding. She takes as much time as needed, providing direct observation and encouraging moms to work through the challenges. I've had many moms come back asking for her, telling us that she was a "game-changer" or "made a world of a difference." Recently, we were able to see a mom present on Thursday in tears because of her feeding struggles, only to return on Friday with a smile and confidence that she was helping her baby to grow and thrive. She goes above and beyond - for the patients and their families, for her team, and for the teams around her.
