Jeanette West, BSN, RN

I cannot list all the things that Jeanette does to help our unit. She helped every nurse whenever they needed it. She comes in on her days off, and we are short. Even on the day she is supposed to be in management meetings, she will help on the floor if we are overwhelmed. She stays late. On the night shift, Jeanette is amazing with her patience and always makes sure the team has everything they need. She is especially good with our behavioral health patients and is able to talk to them when they are anxious and is so helpful in calming them.
