A family member whose husband has been receiving treatment for over a month at the Wound Care Center stated that Jeannie “has been so kind and patient in answering my husband’s constant question of ‘does everything look ok?’, often multiple times in one visit. She was kind in explaining the healing process. Anytime there was a change in treatment, she explained the treatment change and why. Jeannie gave clear instructions on what I needed to do when dressing the wound at home. We are hopefully getting close to the end of my husband’s treatment, thanks to Jeannie’s good care.”
