It meant so much to me to have experienced Jeanie's care when I was in the ICU. She was professional and knowledgeable. She has a gift for explaining, teaching, and making sense of the complicated and confusing tests and procedures. But it is not just about professionalism and competency. Jeanie has a special gift of being able to convey kindness, compassion, gentleness and reassurance. I will always remember the night she took care of me!
