Jeanine's care and compassion speak volumes. She listened, explained, and educated, all while making you feel like she was a friend/family vs. someone you just met. She came in with a smile that warms the heart. She asked to listen to the patient's breathing, stomach, etc. He felt not many nurses take that time to do so and her doing this showed she cared.

Being sick or in pain is not easy on anyone, especially the one who is the patient. To feel seen and heard is what makes all the difference.
