I want to extend my sincere thanks and compliments to Jeanine Short. My husband and I drove to your facility, forty-five minutes away, Being slightly lost, and not knowing which building we needed, he called, and Jeanine actually came outside, introduced herself, and walked us in. We are not sure why, but the doctor’s office neglected to send the order. Jeanine and the nurse got right on it. They called the doctor and worked with your pharmacist to make the treatment happen.

Further, Jeanine involved herself in finding out if we could use a hospital in Clearwater for his next treatment. Jeanine took the time to get and provide a name and fax number that we will give to the doctor. We had already left, but she cared enough to call us as we were driving home. Jeanine is an excellent example of care, professionalism, friendliness, and intelligence. Thank you for having her on staff.
