It's been a pleasure to work with Jeanna for the last few months. She is truly the glue that holds our ER together. She is one of the reasons the morale is so high amongst the staff. She does a great job of connecting staff and creating a workplace that we all are excited to come to. Her dedication to patient care is obvious in the compliments she receives from patients. She always advocates for her patients, making sure that their concerns are heard. I cannot emphasize enough how great of a job she does with team morale. I'm a big believer in the notion that your ER is only as good as your nurses and your team's morale. She is a big reason why we're so great. She is a social butterfly that keeps everyone comfortable and happy and makes sure patient care is superb.
