Jeanne was everything I could have asked for and more in the nurse that was there for me during most of my hospital stay. She was motherly, and was just graceful, and comforting through every step of the process. When I was in pain and panicking, this nurse just brought calm and peacefulness into the room when she walked in. Throughout my entire delivery, I felt like she was a family member, holding my hand and encouraging me just like my own mother.

After my procedure, Jeanne went out of her way to get me a snack because she knew I was starving and that we had missed dinner from the dietary service. I’m so grateful that this nurse was there for me during my hospital stay, and I don’t know what my experience would have been like had she not been with me.
