In the morning I woke up in such tremendous pain. I needed the ladies room and Jeanne didn't act annoyed with me at all! Her tone was very calming and soothing. She was so kind and I had never met her before. She went right to work on my medications for pain and gave me what was due to have, she talked to me in a soothing caring way. By touching my hand to hers I genuinely felt the touch of a person who cared. Jeanne does her job well and is compassionate.
