Jeanne comes to work every day intending to do right by patients every day. She is highly educated and strives to ensure that the patients understand their healthcare journey in common terms. She is up to date on the latest research and advocates daily for every patient she interacts with. She enables family members to be active caregivers and be a part of the healthcare team. As coworkers, she is always willing to teach new nurses and experienced nurses. And does it in a way that does not belittle anyone. She is knowledgeable, like a dictionary, of medical experience and knowledge. She brings up those around her to create the greatest experience for every patient at Lakes. I am a better nurse because of working with Jeanne.
