I just wanted to recognize all the staff that I came across at CRDAMC, from the ED to Med Surg, then ICU. I came in through the ER and was admitted to Med-Surg while I awaited surgery. Due to unfortunate events, I was then transferred to ICU. While in ICU, one of my nurses stood out throughout my whole stay.

Jeanne was exceptional. I have never encountered a nurse like Jeanne, the best of the best. She was able to notice that during my whole stay, I became very depressed, and I just wanted to give up. She was quick to talk to me, ask me what was wrong, and bring my spirits up again. I will never forget her sincere and concern not only for my physical health but my mental health as well. Her care didn't just stop there.

Jeanne noticed my mother was always by my side, praying over me, and asked us if it was ok and if we would like to have someone come in and pray with her. We gladly accepted the offer. She immediately found the Chaplain who came into my room to pray with us. She also noticed my mom is not fluent in English and brought another CRDAMC employee fluent in Spanish to pray with us in Spanish. My Mother was so impressed with Jeanne's care and concern for me during my stay. I will never forget Jeanne. She is an exemplary employee and a great asset to CRDAMC.
