Jeanne Pepper, a case manager on H3, received her DAISY Award in February. When she was asked if she was surprised, she responded, "Oh geez, yes." Then she added, "It's very meaningful at any point in your career, but I'm retiring on March 2, so this is a marvelous send-off."
