Jeanne Richard has been an amazing team member for longer than I have been here. In one situation, she came to the hospital on a weekend to work on a presentation with a colleague, when a new urgent brain tumor came in. She dropped everything and worked on her day off to care for the child. She did this as a "volunteer", in that she was not required to work, nor was she even paid. She did it for the patient!
