I witnessed Jeanne advocate very hard for a special needs dental patient. There was a difficult test that needed to be done prior to her procedure at one point it looked like it would be unable to be completed and the procedure would have to be postponed. Because of the need for the test the procedure was unfortunately delayed and the family became concerned with the situation. Jeanne was persistent and found a way to complete the test. Jeanne was able to contact Guest Services and in working collaboratively with administration we were able to resolve all issues and the procedure went ahead as planned. If not for Jeanne there is a strong possibility that the procedure would have been cancelled. Jeanne was determined to advocate for the patient and not to allow this to happen.

Jeanne was great with my daughter who has developmental disabilities. The hospital experience can be traumatic for her. We had some issues but Jeanne advocated for my daughter through the whole experience.
