Jeanne is a very caring and compassionate person who goes above and beyond to make sure her patients receive the utmost care and service. Some examples of her selfless generosity include:
On multiple occasions Jeanne has paid for patients' home medications with her own money. One patient had a $75 medication bill which Jeanne paid without telling anyone. On another occasion, Jeanne bought a patient a box of prayer cards so that she could write while recovering. She spent time with this patient even when she was not the assigned nurse. Several times, she has purchased diapers for a pregnant patient to help her get ready for the new baby. She has purchased batteries for a patient with hearing aids because she was concerned that the patient was struggling with hearing and too proud to ask the staff for help. Jeanne is truly an asset to our unit!
