Nurse Fernandez set the tone for our two-month stay on NW3. She is an exceptional and compassionate nurse who cares for my dad with genuine love. Nurse Fernandez not only educated us on managing our emotions but also guided us in advocating for him. Even when she wasn't assigned to care for my dad, she checked in on us, offering reassurance and boosting our confidence in his recovery. She embodied hope and compassion, becoming a motherly figure for us when we needed it most. Nurse Fernandez was like a second mother to us, and we will never forget the strength and care she showed. The lessons she imparted will stay with us throughout this entire journey. May Nurse Fernandez and her family be forever blessed.
