I was admitted to the 4th floor of the bed tower after being seen in the ED where I was diagnosed with a reherniation of my L5-S1 disc. This was my second time being admitted for this, and it would be my second surgery in 4 months. Jeannie made me feel at ease immediately.

The second night I was in the hospital, she mentioned to me that she researched some of the information she received in report to better understand my condition. We had a great rapport with each other and she was incredibly kind and caring.

One morning I called Jeannie with some concerns I was having regarding an increase in symptoms. Jeannie knew immediately that my symptoms were similar to those of Cauda Equina Syndrome, and she contacted the surgeon right away. Her quick thinking and having done her research allowed me to get the emergent surgery I needed and saved me from what could have been permanent damage.

Jeannie's care was exceptional, and she went above and beyond in researching my condition and looking out for symptoms that could have caused me lifelong problems.
