Jeannie is a renaissance woman in nursing education bringing humor and wisdom not just to the students but to the entire department. She leads the students, mentors and supports all the faculty, and works tirelessly as both assistant director and department chair. College of Marin has low attrition rates and high NCLEX pass rates thanks to Jeannie's hard work and keen analytical mind. As COVID-19 hit and we were rendered inoperable due to lack of clinical sites. Jeannie spearheaded a tele-nursing clinical experience that had every student complete and every first-year student progress. Her work, vision and dedication represent the best in nursing.
