Jeannie is my colleague and working with her not only is enjoyable but she gives me insight into the nurse role as a whole. Jeannie gives everyone the same respect and attention they need and makes everyone feel valued. In doing so, I can only imagine how well she takes care of our patients.
As the first Charge RN on our floor, she sets great standards for our teams that align with our care commitments.
No matter what my future holds, I hope I will carry through as Jeannie does with grace, respect, quality, and compassion.
