Jeannine was caring for a 12-year-old girl who had recently lost her mother. Jeannine saw an opportunity to treat her to some extra attention and to care for her personal hygiene needs. Jeannine treated her to a special event that day – the Halloween Party in the Youngberg Auditorium after helping her properly shower and shampoo. She even French-braided her hair. Jeannine shared that the pure joy that this little girl experienced during these few short hours was probably the most she had experienced in many months. Jeannine went the extra mile and made sure her patient knew her nurse cared. Congratulations Jeannine!
