You may not be the perfect Nurse Manager that we all wanted a leader should be, but you are close to being one. I know that you are still trying to learn many things in our unit because you have not been working in the ward for several years. However, I am sure that it will be easier for you because working with you even for a short period made me realize how amazing and wonderful a person you are. You are always at the back of your staff whenever there are issues whether it be personal or work-related. I am honored to be working with you.
