My nurse, Jeff, is special to me because he takes time out of his busy schedule to check in on me when I'm having really sad nights. When he gets free time, he will come to sit with me and talk to me about what's going on, and that definitely makes me feel 100x better. Talking with him makes me feel like I'm finally being listened to. Jeff always updates all the staff about how I'm feeling and makes sure that I get the help I need that night, and the next morning. He updates my mom and explains in detail why things are done the way they are. Jeff has been nothing but kind and helpful to me and my family during my stay here, we appreciate it very much and it means a lot to us.
