I first met Jeff my Freshman year of high school. He always displayed exceptional character, leadership, faith and just all-around a nice person. I have a chronic, auto-immune disease which requires frequent hospitalizations, procedures, etc. Jeff was the charge nurse one of the two days I was on this unit. Even though he knew every embarrassing aspect of my affliction he was always a gentleman, courteous, respectful, and made me feel as though I were his only patient. If my nurse was held up in another room, he personally brought me my medications, so that my needs were met mere minutes after pressing the call button. He took the time to learn about my needs as a patient, asked me about my family and took a vested interest in my commitment and recovery. Jeff is the reason why I choose HonorHealth-Shea for all of my medical purposes as well as I know I will have nurses like him. He has genuinely gone above and beyond for me.
