I appreciate Jeff. He is always there for me day or night 24/7, holidays or weekends. He always answers my phone calls and gets my concerns and needs taken care of. Jeff also comes to my house after hours on his own time to fix my medication planners, assess my symptoms, calling my doctors or nurse practitioners. With all-around availability.

Jeff arranges my daily medication carefully. He always comes here right away when there are medication changes. He patiently explained to me new medication, their actions, and their side effects. He always reviews the proper use of my as-needed medications and makes sure I fully understand.

Jeff has good nursing skills in drawing blood. When the Nurse Practitioner ordered labs, he came right away and drew blood without pain and without problems. His technique is very good, and he always washes his hands and tells me to wash my hands frequently.
Jeff is always available to help me communicate with the RN and Nurse Practitioner so that my problems can be taken care of right away. Many times, he has delivered urgent medications for me so that I didn't need to go to the ER or get hospitalized.

I am a homebound veteran on home oxygen 24/7 and going to the hospital is very difficult for me. Jeff's care and patience and good heart for my care needs keep me comfortable and safe at home.
He will always be the best nurse in the world.
