Jeff took the time to explain at length to not only me but my family all of the aspects of my impending surgery as well as the medication I was receiving. During that time, he shared with us some very personal experiences he had within his own family. With my situation, I have been in many hospitals and never have I experienced the level of care and compassion that Jeff provided.
