This particular nurse works in an area that isn’t typically recognized due to its patient population. This nurse was described as being “friendly, knowledgeable,” and “confident in nursing abilities”. This nurse explained the surgical process not only to the patient but to the family member while exhibiting a “calming demeanor”.

Another patient stated, "this nurse was not only professional but very compassionately caring”. This nurse has been observed by coworkers as being willing to “jump in” even if it wasn’t their patient.
