"Jeff was amazing with our 10-year-old daughter when she came in with an injured knee. He had a wonderful bedside manner, was very empathetic and positive. He provided extraordinary care to keep her calm and positive. He went above and beyond to make her comfortable. He humbly and selflessly took time to comfort her and made her smile when he said, "Are you going to make a grown man cry?" He looked as if he might because she was so scared. He did everything to calm my child. So grateful!"
