Jeff Ross, ADN, RN

I was admitted to the ICU for two days then moved to the medical unit. It wasn't until Jeff was my nurse that I felt comfortable. Jeff sat down and talked to me about my diagnosis and made me feel so comfortable. He talked to me on a human level and connected with me. He made sure I understood everything and answered every question I had. Jeff truly cares for his patients and it really shows in the way he took care of me. Jeff stands out as a nurse, willing and able to go above and beyond the normal call of duty.
