Jeff is amazing. I was life-flighted with burns. What should have been an awful experience, was actually very positive. Jeff made me feel so at ease with his positive and funny personality and his level of care and knowledge. He had me laughing the whole way to Salt Lake City. I felt so safe and cared for on that trip. He is the reason why, what should have been the worst day of my life, it was one that I look back on and smile.
