I look forward to seeing Jeff every day. The number of things he coordinates and communicates is incredible. In one particular situation, I had a mother very upset after receiving a phone call from a clinic saying that insurance pre-authorization wasn't done when the family thought it was. I called Jeff immediately to see if he could help the family figure this out within 1 hour. He sifted through her past medical notes and found that the pre-authorization did happen and that the insurance just authorized the blood draw. He was our knight in shining armor and helped ease this mother's concerns and worries. Jeff does stuff like this on a daily basis. He is always going above and beyond for our patients and their families.
