Jeff meets everyone with a smile and works diligently to help them in whatever way he can. I have witnessed Jeff with family outside the main entrance. He brings a calming presence and de-escalates volatile situations. Jeff touches every department in the hospital and I receive many compliments on his behalf from not only staff but also from providers. Jeff jumps in and participates in Level One Traumas and if it is too crowded I have seen him taking care of the other patients in ER. He just interacts so well with staff, patients, and providers. He has been known to say "Buddy" a lot because he can't possibly remember everyone's names that he touches every day. Everyone feels that they are his buddy.
