I am writing this for a very special nurse. I’m also a nurse and I know how hard it is to provide excellent care especially when it’s busy. This nurse went above and beyond to explain everything to our daughter. This nurse took the time to make sure our daughter felt comfortable having an IV and taking her pills, which she is so afraid to take. The nurse was so patient and kind, you can tell they work with their heart. Please, please recognize them in some way because trust me they are a good asset to Kaiser. Recognize and thank them so they keep on working with their heart. Sometimes, when good nurses are not recognized, their charm starts to fade away. Keep them, and thank them for everything they do. We are so thankful to have had them as our daughter’s nurse. This nurse ROCKS!!!!!!!!
